Smooth, light, cherry and peppery, this is flying off the shelf! It has mild tannins after gentle pressing, which has also given it a lighter colour. I (Guy) have not had a headache or poor sleep after over consumption - not sure if that is due to lower alcohol or lack of certain additives.
