In the tradition of Red Fox and Silver Fox, the latest Fox in the vineyard is the 'Jumping Fox'. Already exhibiting peach and stone fruit characteristics, it has a lushous mouth feel and very smooth. Aged in French Oak for 12 months it has a long finish and will age well. I'd cellar for 2 years. This will be a stunning wine.
